The intention of our Developmental Program is to identify gymnasts who show an advanced sense of aesthetic, cognitive, and emotional awareness, between the early ages of 4-8 years old.
This program is an advanced preschool/instructional program that aims to prepare students for competitive gymnastics. This is a year-round program that requires a high degree of commitment.
The program begins teaching basic gymnastics concepts, skill awareness, process development, and cooperative learning and listening skills.
Devo Bronze - 1 hour/week - $75/month
Devo Silver - 2 hours/week - $120/month
Devo Gold - 4 hours/week - $175/month
Our Pre-Competitive program is intended for gymnasts ages 7-12.
This class helps to introduce and familiarize gymnasts to the four artistic events, vault, bars, beam and floor. This program is an advanced instructional program that aims to prepare students for competitive gymnastics. This program teaches basic gymnastics concepts, skill awareness, process development, and cooperative learning skills.
Pre Comp 1 - 1.5 hours/week - $95/month
Pre Comp 2 - 2 hours/week - $120/month
Trampoline & Tumbling
Our Trampoline & Tumbling Beginner classes are to provide boys and girls with fundamental trampoline & tumbling skills. This class is designed to prepare students for competitive trampoline & tumbling. Students will learn body awareness, process development and cooperative learning skills.
Preschool - 1 hour/week - $60/month
Beginner - 1 hour/week - $60/month
Intermediate - 1.5 hours/week - $75/month
Advanced - 2 hours/week - $90/month
HUGS T&T - 1 hour/week - $50/month
This class will use drills to help your dancer, cheerleader, gymnast, athlete reach their full potential! This is a FUN class for dancers and cheerleaders trying to achieve and perfect their basic tumbling skills that they can use on the dance & cheer floors!
Parkour is a FUN strength and conditioning based class that includes obstacle courses containing running, climbing, swinging and much more! This is done using only the human body and the surroundings for propulsion, with a focus on maintaining as much momentum as possible while still remaining safe.
