These classes will use drills to help your dancer, cheerleader, gymnast, athlete reach their full potential! These are FUN classes for dancers and cheerleaders trying to achieve and perfect their basic tumbling skills that they can use on the dance & cheer floors!
Parkour is a FUN strength and conditioning based class that includes obstacle courses containing running, climbing, swinging and much more! This is done using only the human body and the surroundings for propulsion, with a focus on maintaining as much momentum as possible while still remaining safe.
Mondays - 4:30 to 5:30pm
We will be working basics to get your standing back handspring, round-off back handspring, aerial, etc.
Wednesdays - 4:00 to 5:00pm
Must have a standing or round-off back handspring. We will start with round-off back handsprings and move to back tucks/layouts/fulls/etc.
Mondays - 8:00 to 9:00pm
All specialty classes run on a Punch Card system
4-Punch Card is $55.00.
Use the punch card to attend ANY specialty class on the days of your choice!
Punch Cards can be purchased at the front desk.
Individual Registration Fee of $45 is Required
