Parkour is a FUN strength and conditioning based class that includes obstacle courses containing running, climbing, swinging and much more! This is done using only the human body and the surroundings for propulsion, with a focus on maintaining as much momentum as possible while still remaining safe.

Parkour classes run on a Punch Card System

4-Punch Card - $55.00

Use the punch card to attend ANY Open Tumbling or Parkour classes on the days of your choice!

Punch Cards can be purchased at the front desk.

Individual Registration Fee of $45 is Required
